I am following the instructions on the ReplayTV FAQ, and get to the step to select from providers. The entire page is blank!
What to do?

Turns out that I fat-fingered the unit number when I initially entered it. Then I copied the correct number into unit #3 line (leaving #2 blank). This was the problem. When I copied the number into #2, everything began working.

I'm curious.. why did you enter the serial number in the first place? The current instructions say leave it blank. I've found manually entering it is seldom necessary and it tends to cause more problems.

When you logged on to the web site after the failed connect, was there a warning message at the top of the screen? I've automated the tests I do when people have contacted me for support.

Let me see if I understand what happened.
Replay slot #1, had an active serial number.
Replay slot #2, had a blank serial number
Replay slot #3, had a serial number with an error.

If you had recently logged on to the PERC website before the ReplayTV polled, slot #2 should have auto-populated with the second Replay's serial number.

If you logged into the PERC website shortly have the ReplayTV tried to call in and couldn't find an account, a message should have been displayed saying something like "serial number xxxx tried to connect from this IP".

(I think in both cases "recently" means an hour)

Unfortunately, without a working unit right now, it's hard for me to tell if my troubleshooting tips and instructions are helping... that's why feedback is appreciated.
