|color me confused.
I've got a 4040 ( original, now has 320GB drive, its' fourth ) .. account is up to date at Perc/LAHO afaik
recently i had some issues with the box rebooting often, I've since addressed that issue and for now it "seems" stable"..... unfortunately, I am unable to update program guide
when the program guide updated, it only did so for a few days.... ARGHHH!!!
I see three different paths to updating program guide:
1) cold boot ..
somtimes results in 'PLEASE STAND BY' update process .. ineffective
2) 243 zones option 7
seems to go through all the steps, usually fails at replay zones 14/15 ... box reboots
then goes to 'PLEASE STAND BY' update .... sometimes effective for a few days
3) menu .. setup .. network
seems to go through all the steps, results in ''Unexpected result code. ( 80820012 )."
currently, I have no program guide at all, meaning no new recordings or live view.
which of the three methods for program guide go to PERC/LAHO ????
what is the correct method to update program guide ?????
Is / has anyone else had similar issue??
has this been addressed before and I missed it in the forums?
is replay worth the trouble going forward or should i find alternatives????
